Hawthorne Village Cycle City Pizza Parlor Christmas Village 2009 Lighted Building

Hawthorne Village “Pizza Parlor” from the Cycle City Christmas collection. This is one of the larger, more detailed buildings in the series, featuring the Cycle City Pizza Parlor storefront, illuminated restaurant scenes, snow-covered roof, Christmas trees and garland, pizza-themed signs, and a little pizza bench outside.

This one displays extremely well when lit. It also includes the Certificate of Authenticity, original light cord, and the small loose accessory pieces shown in the bag.

Condition: Pre-owned with normal display/storage wear. There are broken/loose pieces included in the bag, so I would definitely disclose this rather than call it excellent condition. Main building appears very presentable and the light is shown working. Please review photos carefully for the exact condition and included pieces.
