Where We Ship
We ship within the United States and to eligible international destinations worldwide.
Our International zone covers 27 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.
Shoppers outside these countries may still be eligible for delivery through our All Other Countries zone, where carrier-calculated services are available. Eligibility depends on your delivery address, the items in your order, and available carrier services. If no shipping option appears at checkout, contact us before placing your order.
Rates & Services
All shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment — we don't add surprise fees.
- Domestic (US): Economy and Standard options available where eligible.
- International zone (27 countries): Carrier-calculated rates via USPS, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, and FedEx.
- All Other Countries: Carrier-calculated rates via DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, and FedEx.
Not every carrier or service is available for every order or destination.
Delivery & Tracking
Delivery times vary by service and destination. International shipments may experience delays at customs or during handoff to local carriers — this is outside our control.
Tracking details are included in your shipment notification email. Updates may take time to appear, especially once a package transfers to a local delivery partner. Reach out if you need help locating your tracking info.
Returns
